What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, and assigned role.
• Session data: ride codes you join, vibe votes, song requests, and upvotes.
• Playback data: which tracks played in which session, for reporting.

Riders without accounts

Riders can view a ride session with just the code. In that case we store only a temporary participant record with the display name you provide so votes and requests can be attributed during the ride.

How we use it

To run live sessions, sync playback, sort request queues, and understand which vibes work on which rides. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention

Session records are kept for operational reporting. Ride codes expire automatically, and participant records are removed when no longer needed.

Your choices

You can request deletion of your account and associated request history by contacting an administrator. Deleting an account cascades to its profile and role assignments.
