Terms of Use
Last updated August 2026
1. Who these terms cover
Ride Vibez is an internal platform operated for our rideshare fleet. These terms apply to everyone who uses it: administrators, DJs, drivers, and riders who join a ride session with a code or QR card.
2. Accounts and access levels
Access is granted by role. Admins manage the catalog and people, DJs curate music, drivers run ride sessions, and riders vote on vibes and request songs. You must not share credentials, attempt to access tools outside your role, or use another person's account.
3. Acceptable use during a ride
- Drivers must operate playback safely and never interact with the app while moving.
- Riders may request music, but the driver has final say over what plays.
- Harassing, hateful, or explicit requests may be rejected and reported.
4. Music and uploads
Only properly licensed audio may be uploaded. By uploading, you confirm you hold or have cleared the rights required for in-vehicle playback. See our Music Licensing page for detail.
5. Session data
Ride codes expire automatically. Session queues, votes, and requests are retained for operational reporting and may be removed at any time.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend access at any time, including for misuse, licensing violations, or safety concerns.
